General Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 15-Day Return Program. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at it@casamare.us with your order number. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Visible Damage Returns
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately at it@casamare.us with your order number and photos.
If an item is refused for reasons other than visible damage, additional return shipping charges will apply.
Concealed Damage Returns
If damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt. Email us it@casamare.us with your order number, explanation, and photos.
We will either replace the product free of charge or issue a refund.
Non-Damage Returns
Non-damaged items may be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, and shipped back to our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After inspection, if damage is detected, deductions will apply to the refund.
Cancellations After Shipping
Orders cancelled after shipment, delivery, or pickup will be treated as a non-damage return, and the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
