Casa Mare Returns & Cancellations Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Casa Mare purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to assist you.
Return Eligibility
You may return your items within 90 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Product Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in pristine condition.
- Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, secured with all original protective materials, including shipping pallets, foam, and shrink wrap.
- Transit Protection: Items should be placed inside the original shipping carton to prevent any damage during transit.
- Timeline: Once an return is initiated, the items must reach our warehouse before the 90-day window expires.
Return Costs
- Fees: There are no restocking or return processing fees if the item is returned within the 90-day period in its original condition and packaging.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged Items: Returns that arrive damaged or improperly repackaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. To avoid this, please take care to use all original packaging materials.
Refund Process
- Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process the refund.
- Timeline: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
How to Initiate a Return
- Prepare the Package: Carefully repackage the product using all original materials. Note: The pallet is strictly required for freight pickup; we cannot proceed with the pickup without it.
- Request: Email your return request to it@casamare.us.
- Shipping Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label via email. Please print it and attach it securely to your package.
- Pickup: Our team will coordinate a scheduled pickup time with you. Please be aware that missed pickup appointments may incur a $150 rescheduling fee.
